Subscription or one-off?
- Subscription
- You pay a small amount every month, like a phone plan. We keep everything running: we fix, update and improve it.
- One-off
- You pay once for the build, like buying a car outright. The software is yours, and you look after it yourself or pay us separately for maintenance.
Maintenance and improvements are included in the subscription. With a one-off payment, maintenance is contracted separately.
Prices are indicative and exclude VAT. You get a fixed price before we start.

How much does a chatbot for small business cost?
A simple chatbot or AI agent fits the Start package: from €490 a month or from €1,900 one-off. If you want several agents or CRM integration, Growth is the right fit. You get the exact price after a 20-minute call.
What's the difference between subscription and one-off?
With a subscription you pay monthly and maintenance, fixes and improvements are included. With a one-off payment you pay once for the build, and maintenance is contracted separately.
Are there hidden costs?
No. The only separate costs are third-party tools you choose (such as AI usage or a server), and we tell you upfront.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, with one month's notice. The automations stay yours, with their documentation.
