Privacy policy and your personal data

In short

We only collect the data you give us, so we can reply to you. We don't sell it and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is techaine. For any question about your data, write to office@techaine.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), your message and indicative budget.
• AI chat: the messages you write and, if you choose to share them, your name and email.
• Technical data: your IP address, used temporarily only to limit abuse (for example, the number of messages per hour).

Why we use it

• To reply and prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To protect the site from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We make no automated decisions about you and build no marketing profile of you.

Who else processes it

• Resend delivers the form and chat emails to us.
• Anthropic processes chat messages to generate the AI assistant's replies. Messages are not used to train models.
• Vercel hosts the website.

Some of these providers also process data outside the European Union. In those cases the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

We keep received messages for at most 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them. If you become a client, we keep the data the contract needs for as long as the law requires. IP addresses used for abuse limits are held only in memory, for at most one hour.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, at any time. Write to office@techaine.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

The site uses one technical cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, to remember your language. We use no analytics or marketing cookies.
